Covering North America, Central America and the Caribbean as well as South America, this region of the world has wildly variant migration rates. Throughout the Americas, Antigua & Barbuda have the highest immigration rate (24%), followed by Canada (21%) and Belize (15%). The USA is next, at 14%. The country average across the Americas is 5.4%.

Which countries are seeing the most people emigrate? United Nations statistics state that Dominica has seen 105% of its population leave to live abroad (it is undergoing an era of mass deportations and high migration), Grenada (66%), St Kitts & Nevis (61%) and Guyana 57%. The average country in the Americas has seen 21% of its population cross a national border to live elsewhere.
